  I came to this location after going from cell phone repair store to the next. Each store gave me a different story on why they were going to charge me $100+ or why they couldn't help me. After a disappointing day I decided to search out a place with GOOD customer service. When I came in, I was greeted right away and more importantly, the guy behind the counter LISTENED to my problem. I knew what was wrong with my cell phone and it just needed simple fix of resetting the battery manually. It took 5 minutes to get the service done and he even gave me the tools and taught me how to do it myself. I'm not from Reno, but it seems like the customer service around the area is very poor. I was so happy to find this place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to repair any electronics. I was very pleased and I will come back to this location if I ever need future repairs.
